hi there is 2 ways of changing the forum interface but you can't change the discussions and forum names
you can goto https://www.blackmarke7.com/usercp.php?action=options
scroll all the way down and change the language to English
or at the bottom of any page find the red globe picture icon to change the language
check the picture below
